The Charité project involved consultancy for post-merger changes to the balance sheet and cost-centre structure of the newly created largest University hospital in Europe (15.000 employees).

Assistant to Product Manager marketing bandwidth products:
Content creation and editing of training and integration programs for sales divisions of FTLD France & Global One US.
Preparation and presentation of a benchmarking study for colocation centres in Europe (Benchmarking).
Participation in team project working on homogenisation of procedures for European backbone network of FT.
Participation in a database project managing France Telecom's CSM (submarine cables): work on the formulation of the specification sheet for the working group.

Contribution to comparative study about quality management tools
(according to ISO 9000 TQM standards).
